Bay Creek Resort & Club in Cape Charles, VA is seeking a Full-Time Building Maintenance Technician to join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality. You will perform general repairs, maintain exterior and interior spaces, and ensure safe, clean facilities.

This role requires an Associate’s degree or two years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas of the operation, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects.
• Maintains exterior cleanliness and appearance, including trash removal, sweeping, litter pickup, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains interior cleanliness and appearance, including trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and furniture arrangement.
• Identifies and reports needed supplies to the supervisor.
• Performs other duties as required.

Bay Creek Resort & Club in Cape Charles, VA is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Building Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$12.77 to $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.

Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.

Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility, including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.

Identifies and reports needed supplies to the supervisor.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Other Qualifications:

Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.

Regular and reliable attendance.
