NCG Hospitality's Courtyard Chandler is hiring a Building Maintenance Assistant to support hotel operations. The role requires at least 2 years in building maintenance and the ability to work AM/PM shifts five days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Starting wage is $19/hour with potential for higher pay for experienced candidates. You'll perform preventive maintenance, grounds upkeep, and assist in pool/spa areas while following brand standards and local codes.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years of building maintenance experience.
• Experience in hotel, building, or apartment maintenance is desirable.
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building construction.
• Ability to perform task-oriented repetitive functions consistently, on-time and error free.

Responsabilités

• Responds to maintenance requests and supports overall property upkeep.
• Performs preventive maintenance on guest rooms, including HVAC checks and detectors.
• Maintains grounds, parking areas, and outbuildings in a safe, neat condition.
• Assists with pool, spa, and other areas following local codes and brand standards.
