Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing ladders, standing, walking, and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, production areas, entrances, and other common areas.
  • Clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Clean and maintain the exterior of the building, including sidewalks, entryways, parking areas, and grounds.
  • Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work as needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the building and grounds to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance activities on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, filters, and other building components as needed.
  • Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and cleaning activities.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees and management.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Assist with facility setup and teardown for meetings, events, or special projects.
  • Remove trash and debris from interior and exterior areas.
  • Perform seasonal maintenance duties such as pressure washing, storm preparation, and other facility-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

  • Valid driver's license preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing.
  • Ability to work on ladders and elevated surfaces safely.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions
