Job Title: Buildings & Grounds Maintenance

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and minor repairs across the facility, including buildings, grounds, offices, and restrooms.

Key Duties:

• Perform routine cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing).
• Replace bulbs, ceiling tiles; check appliance safety.
• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Gather trash and maintain waste areas.
• Floor care: strip, seal, finish, and polish.
• Paint, repair, and report maintenance needs.
• Assist in leading Sanitation Porters.
• Fill in across departments as needed.
