Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections.
• Current ICC certifications; Texas license required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, codes and safety standards.
• Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, coordinate with contractors and authorities.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare timely reports.
• Address questions from clients and contractors with expert guidance.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
