Qualifications

• Education: Completion of the twelfth grade; ICC/ICBO/ACIA certifications desirable.
• Licenses: California driver’s license; residential inspector ICC certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial structures for compliance with building, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical codes.
• Serve as frontline representative to contractors, developers, and homeowners during inspections.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while working in a variety of outdoor settings.
