Applicants must have at least 2 years in inspections, ICC certifications, and a Texas Plumbing Inspector License, with a strong knowledge of codes and plans.

Qualifications

• Current ICC certifications; Texas TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans.
• Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software.
