Job summary

Aoka in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Building Inspector with ICC certification to ensure code compliance and construction quality on active projects. You will review plans, inspect sites, coordinate with contractors, and maintain records.

Texas TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License is required in Texas. We offer a competitive salary up to $90k, full benefits, 2 weeks of paid time off, 1 week of paid sick leave, and 12 paid holidays each year, with opportunities to advance toward Senior Building

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections.
• Current ICC certifications; Texas TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans.
• Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software.

Responsibilities
