Valor Contracting is seeking a BIM (Building Models Information) Engineer to lead BIM and VDC initiatives across commercial construction projects. You will drive coordination, clash detection, visualization, and digital delivery while partnering with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
The role requires 3+ years in BIM/VDC, proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360, and the ability to interpret drawings and contract documents.

The BIM Engineer is responsible for leading Building Information Models (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) initiatives throughout the lifecycle of commercial construction projects. This role drives project coordination, constructability review, clash detection, visualization, and digital project delivery to enhance collaboration, reduce risk, and improve project outcomes. The BIM Engineer partners closely with project managers, superintendents, design teams, subcontractors, and clients to leverage technology and data in support of efficient project execution. This role serves as an internal subject matter expert and trusted advisor, helping project teams leverage technology, data, and best practices to improve project outcomes.
Our salary ranges are established based on a combination of market data, internal equity, and the unique characteristics of our organization such as our size, revenue, and industry. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
