Job summary

Geometrics Engineering PS, Inc. seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator specializing in large-scale aviation infrastructure to oversee the digital lifecycle of complex airport projects.

You will lead multi-disciplinary clash meetings, enforce data standards, and ensure smooth digital handovers aligned with airport BIM requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating 3D models, performing clash detection, managing COBie assets, and supporting 4D sequencing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technically.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience; aviation experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ACC/BIM 360.
• Must obtain SIDA badge at AUS and have a valid driver's license.

Summary
Geometrics Engineering is seeking multiple experienced BIM Coordinators, preferably specialized in large-scale aviation infrastructure to oversee the digital lifecycle of complex airport projects. In this role, the ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and field execution by leading multi-disciplinary clash detection meetings, enforcing complex data standards, and ensuring seamless digital handovers aligned with strict airport authority facility management systems.
Responsibilities

• Specialized System Coordination: Integrate and coordinate complex 3D models containing specialized airport elements.
• Airside & Landside Clash Detection: Run comprehensive conflict-detection audits.
• Asset Data Management (COBie).
• 4D Logistics & Sequencing.
• Airport Authority Compliance: Review and enforce project compliance with specific Airport Authority BIM Standards.
• Laser Scan Validation
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent technical degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of professional experience and at least 2 years of aviation experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA-cleared badge at AUS.
• Valid Driver's license.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit or Navisworks)
• Experience with GIS integration (e.g., Esri ArcGIS)
• Knowledge of Dynamo or Python
