Geometrics Engineering in Austin, TX seeks multiple experienced BIM Coordinators specialized in aviation infrastructure to oversee the digital lifecycle of complex airport projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary clash detection meetings, enforcing complex data standards, and ensuring seamless digital handovers aligned with strict airport authority facility management systems.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering, 3+ years of professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent technical degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of professional experience and at least 2 years of aviation experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA-cleared badge at AUS.

Responsibilities

• Specialized System Coordination: Integrate and coordinate complex 3D models containing specialized airport elements.
• Asset Data Management (COBie).
• Airport Authority Compliance: Review and enforce project compliance with specific Airport Authority BIM Standards.
• Laser Scan Validation
