Repairs and performs minor preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment. Performs a variety of duties in and around buildings and grounds. Performs assignments such as light bulb change and fixture and equipment cleaning, painting, carpentry: assists maintenance personnel and other workers with their tasks or projects. Perform building snow removal as required. Performs housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms and public areas in a clean and orderly condition. Mixes cleaning solutions to appropriate strength. Removes trash from offices and lobby areas. Perform room set ups and strikes. Follows established routine. Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions and information. Other duties as assigned.
