Job summary

On Our Own Services, Inc. is seeking a site maintenance technician to manage upkeep and repair of buildings and in-building systems on-site. You will handle day-to-day issues such as plumbing, replace light bulbs, paint, and perform carpentry as part of regular maintenance.

The role requires using hand and power tools, performing preventive maintenance, inspecting equipment, and communicating supply needs to a supervisor. This is a full-time on-site role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Perform repairs inside and outside buildings.
• Replace floor tiles.
• Repair restroom stall doors, locks and hinges.
• Paint interiors and exteriors.
• Groundskeeping tasks.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Use hand and power tools (hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches).
• Light plumbing repairs.
• Inspect and diagnose machinery malfunctions.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts.
• Communicate supply needs to supervisor.
• Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall.

Responsibilities

• Communicate supply needs for projects with supervisor.
