Qualifications

• 5+ years in envelope commissioning/consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or building construction preferred
• High School Diploma required

Responsibilities

• Review design/construction documents for design intent and operations
• Direct and ensure timely execution of engineering documents and reports
• Lead meetings with project team members and maintain client interaction
• Oversee and direct functional testing of building envelope systems
• Assist with business development and client proposals
• Travel frequently as required across CT, MA, and New England
