Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of exterior wall systems, cladding, and roofing to ensure contract conformance.
• Coordinate and document wall cladding system air and water tests per applicable standards.
• Prepare detailed field reports with photos showing compliant and non-compliant work.
• Identify, document, and track defects; issue NCRs and monitor corrective actions.
• Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality issues.
