Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH) is seeking an Associate Project Consultant to join our Building Technology team in the Denver, CO office. You will assist in new design, evaluation, investigation, and repairs for existing buildings, applying engineering principles and building envelope knowledge to deliver durable, energy-efficient solutions.

We seek a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering or Civil/Structural engineering, 2–5 years experience (EIT preferred), with strong communication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architectural Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of experience, EIT preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.
• Experience in building construction or allied fields is a plus.
• Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolds and work at height.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new design, evaluation, investigation, and design of repairs for existing buildings.
• Work under the direction of a licensed engineer.
• Climb ladders and scaffolds and travel to multiple job sites.
• Demonstrate a strong technical education and eagerness to learn.
