Job summary

PBK based in Houston, Texas is looking for a Field Technician to conduct site visits and field testing for building assessment projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with Senior Project Managers to deliver projects on time while ensuring high standards of client service.

This role requires at least 2 years of related field experience and a solid understanding of building enclosure codes. Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office is essential for documenting findings accurately.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of building enclosure industry field experience or similar technical experience.
• 2+ years of experience documenting fieldwork and testing results.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site investigations and visual inspections as directed.
• Perform field testing activities including ASTM roof flood testing.
• Document field observations and testing results in accordance with firm standards.
