Qualifications

• Degreed Architect/Engineer preferred.
• Interest in Building Sciences and building enclosure required.
• Experience with Building Codes and Energy Codes.
• Prior project management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on building envelope topics, including third-party reviews of construction documents.
• Assist in analysis of building component failures and investigations.
• Write reports and review others' documentation.
• Oversee creation of construction docs for envelope repair/replacement.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, proposals, and perform work per estimates.
• Present to professional groups and clients to support marketing.
• Occasional travel.
