Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Building Engineer or Technician to join their team. As a Building Engineer or Technician, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Building Engineer or Technician

Location: Bremerton, WA

Pay Range: $29/h-$32$/h + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Travel between multiple facilities to monitor and maintain equipment functionality.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control for facility services.
• Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.
• Comply with safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe workplace while identifying potential hazards.
  
  

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver's license and working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
