Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Building Engineer in Findlay, OH to monitor, maintain and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related infrastructure. You will support preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and ensure operations meet safety and environmental standards.

You’ll join the Engineering and Technical Services team, apply technical knowledge across multiple disciplines, and contribute to reliable, efficient facility performance for clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required.
• 4-5 years of job-related experience preferred or equivalent.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; other certifications/licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems to meet applicable standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
