Compass Group USA is seeking a Building Engineer - Liquid Cooling for a full-time, on-site role at 2505 Ted Bushelman Blvd, Florence, KY 41042. The position requires three to five years of LC experience and demonstrated expertise with chilled water systems, pumps, hydronic piping, and BAS/BMS controls.

EPA 608 certification is required. The role emphasizes hands-on operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and rapid response to alarms within a 24/7 mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of previous Building Engineer LC experience.
• Hands-on experience with chilled water systems, pumps, hydronic systems, heat exchangers, and BAS/BMS platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics with temperature, pressure, and flow data.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot chilled water systems and related equipment.
• Perform routine rounds, monitor BAS/BMS alarms, and support system reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Respond to alarms and equipment failures; escalate critical issues as needed.
• Maintain logs, records, and PM documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure quality of work.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
