Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and general maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in occupied tenant spaces.
• Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA) and building regulations.
• Customer service oriented with clear communication to tenants and vendors.
• Willingness to read blueprints and learn ClimateGuard Pro hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of commercial properties.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies with professional resolution.
• Monitor building systems for efficiency, safety, and proper operation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain records of work orders, equipment status, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with space turnovers and upkeep of common areas.
• Manage maintenance supplies and stay within budget guidelines.
