Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with tenants to schedule preventative maintenance.
• Monitor building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation within design specs.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and operate chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, valves, and related equipment.
• Assist with snow removal and basic grounds tasks.
