Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of boilers, HVAC, electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC and related equipment.
• Read blueprints and locate equipment; monitor BAS/EMS systems.
• Respond to after-hours emergency repair calls on rotation.
• Coordinate with vendors and input data into city systems.
• Calibrate controls and monitor temperature readings.
• Ensure safety and compliance with city policies.
