Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
• Six months of maintenance, repair, installation of HVAC systems.
• Must possess and maintain a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer’s License (MD).
• Must possess and maintain a valid Class C driver’s license with <=6 points.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead preventive maintenance on mechanical and non-mechanical systems.
• Operate building environmental systems (heating/cooling/ventilation, plumbing, electrical).
• Review and complete daily performance documentation.
• Assist shop and contract personnel with work at assigned buildings.
• Maintain safety practices and compliance with MOSH/OSHA standards.
