• 3–5 years of experience in property management roles, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Strong understanding of accounting procedures, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests ensuring quick resolutions.
• Lead and coordinate work for building engineers and maintenance technicians.
