Responsibilities

• Perform operation, replacement, repair and maintenance of building systems.
• Respond to service calls and resolve emergencies promptly.
• Maintain building areas, safety and compliance with HS&E procedures.
• Read and interpret drawings and P&IDs; operate BAS/EMS and related controls.
• Coordinate with ISS and customer teams; supervise contractors as needed.
