Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and steam systems.
• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical systems as needed.
• Enter and record equipment performance data.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance across properties.
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 and maintain tenant relations.
