Qualifications

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, EMS and life-safety.
Read, interpret plans and schematics; follow department policies and procedures.
Possess strong communication skills and professional demeanor in tenant relations.

Responsibilities

Detail maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, steam systems and related equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and document performance data.
Repair and assist with installation of mechanical systems as needed.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance across properties.
Support fire/life/safety and security programs.
Demonstrate teamwork with other departments and maintain tenant relations.
