Our Building Engineer performs general preventative maintenance and corrective repair of building systems, equipment, and grounds. They will assist in monitoring building system operations and performance, utilizing skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. The Building Engineer is responsible for understanding all applicable client goals and management agreement requirements to ensure the team delivers on those requirements.
This position is 100% in-office. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option.
