Job summary

Union Depot seeks a Building Engineer to ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems across our Phoenix facilities. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate service calls while onsite.

You will escort vendors, collaborate with contractors, and help keep the building compliant with safety standards. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage of $35–$38 and benefits through ABM.

• Coordinate service calls and escort vendors on-site.

Job description

The Building Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, coordinating service calls, escorting vendors on-site, and collaborating with contractors to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and compliant with all regulations.

Pay: $35.00 per hour - $38.00 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday 9:30am-6pm.

10% Travel required. To other Phoenix Locations.
