Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, pumps and related mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to safety, reliability and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, compressors, generators, pumps and related systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, water treatment, lighting and power distribution.

Job description

The Building Engineer performs skilled work in the operation, minor maintenance and of boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, compressors, instrumentation, generators, pumps, heating, air conditioning, ventilating, lighting power, water, water treatment and other electrical and mechanical systems to achieve maximum performance and efficiency of operation on a daily basis.

Pay: $41.50 per hour
