Job summary

ABM US is seeking a Building Engineer responsible for the management and operation of facility services within mission-critical environments. You will act as the primary ABM contact for daily ops, overseeing HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems, along with maintenance of surfaces, carpentry, and metalwork.

The role includes handling service requests, managing work orders, and performing additional duties as assigned to support site leadership and facility reliability.

Job description

The Building Engineer holds full responsibility for the management and operation of facility services within mission-critical environments. Serving as the primary ABM point of contact for daily operations, this role supports site leadership in overseeing all building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure. Key responsibilities include maintenance and repair of hard surfaces, basic carpentry and metalwork, and the operation and upkeep of facility system equipment. The Building Engineer also handles customer service requests, manages work orders, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Pay: $51. 54 per hour
