Spot On Talent represents a client in Dallas seeking a hands-on building engineer for a Class A office tower undergoing a major renovation. You will report to the Senior Property Manager and work with a small team of engineers across the Dallas portfolio while coordinating with renovation construction teams.
You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, monitor critical building systems, review renovation plans, and support with on-call duties.

A successful and growing commercial real estate firm operates a Class A office tower in Dallas. The building is recently acquired, ownership is investing heavily in a capital renovation, and occupancy is growing with new leases signing. You will be the hands-on engineer for the property, reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, working alongside a small team of engineers across the Dallas portfolio, and coordinating with construction teams as the renovation progresses. This is a role where your judgment is visible and your fixes matter.
On-site, Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm, with a shared every-other-week on-call rotation. Competitive compensation with bonus eligibility and overtime for excessive callouts.
