JOB SUMMARY
As a Building Engineer within our Outpatient Medical portfolio, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the value of our healthcare properties. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal functionality, safety, and appearance of our outpatient medical facilities. We're seeking a skilled and dedicated individual who is passionate about property maintenance and thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
TRAVEL
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Previous experience in building maintenance preferred.
Education: High School education or GED required. Valid driver’s license. Meets company MV operator criteria.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
HVAC Certification a plus.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
