Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards including IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, and CSI.
• Licensed or certified in at least one of the preferred areas.

Responsibilities

• Support building enclosure consulting projects through field investigations and testing.
• Conduct site observations and inspections of roofing and building enclosure systems.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing observations, testing results, and recommendations.

Ability to manage multiple projects

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
