Gale Associates, Inc. seeks a Registered Project Manager to join our Towson, MD office. The role focuses on building enclosure evaluations, forensic investigations, design, construction administration and commissioning for projects across the Mid-Atlantic.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture, 8-10 years of PM experience, and a valid P.E. or AIA license; LEED AP is a plus. Travel 5-10% and trade-show attendance are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture; 8–10 years of professional experience in building enclosure evaluation, design and performance; proven PM experience.
• P.E. or AIA registration required; LEED AP certification desirable.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and strong verbal and written communication are essential.
• Travel 5–10% and attendance at trade shows are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide building enclosure evaluations, forensic investigations, designs, construction administration, commissioning services and peer reviews for projects across the Mid-Atlantic States.
