The candidate should have 5+ years of exterior envelope experience, strong written/verbal communication, and proficiency with CAD, MS Office, and Outlook. A PE/license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, construction, or structural engineering and 5+ years in exterior building envelope renovations.
• Experience with moisture intrusion evaluations and renovation designs.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; proficient computer skills (MS Office, CAD, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Project Engineer on projects focused on evaluation, design and construction administration of building enclosures such as roofs, facades, and fenestrations across the Mid-Atlantic States.
