The role requires a bachelor’s in civil/construction/structural engineering and 3–5 years in building envelope renovations, with strong writing and CAD/Outlook skills. PE/EIT preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design and construction administration.
• Experience with moisture intrusion, evaluations and renovation designs.
