You will oversee inspections, testing, assessments, and commissioning of building envelopes for existing structures, partnering with a multidisciplinary group to deliver high-quality consulting solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of building enclosure consulting experience including field investigations and assessments.
• Licensed or preferred licensure such as P.E. or RA is desired but not required.
• Willingness to lift up to 40 pounds and work at heights.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow a department focused on Building Enclosure services.
• Drive business development and expand ECS's local market presence.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, inspectors, and staff.
• Manage operations, staffing, utilization, and P&L responsibilities.
• Review reports, provide technical leadership, and support project scheduling and budgeting.
