Job summary

AleraInfoTech, in West Austin, is seeking a Building Design Structural Engineer. The role requires an EIT or PE with Revit experience and a track record in designing educational, municipal, and/or commercial buildings.

Qualifications

• Must be a structural engineer with minimum of 2 years of work experience in building design (commercial, multifamily, retail, residential, municipal, etc.)
• Candidate should be an EIT or recent PE
• Revit experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Design buildings for commercial, municipal, and academic buildings using Revit
• Visit construction sites to ensure work progresses according to plan
• Communicate project status to internal and external groups
• Interact with project owners to solicit feedback on design needs and provide excellent customer service
• Attend meetings and support PE as needed

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Master’s degree preferred
