River City One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a dedicated Full-time Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment as it moves into a brand-new 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Baton Rouge, LA.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and upkeep of offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, showers, and locker areas.
• Cleaning kitchen and breakroom areas, including appliances and counters.
• Window washing and glass cleaning (interior & exterior as needed).
• Power washing the building exterior and walkways.
• Dusting surfaces, blinds, and vents.
• Maintaining and sanitizing the gym room and fitness equipment.
• Monitoring and restocking, cleaning, and bathroom supplies.
• Light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Supporting clerical/front desk duties when workload is light.
