Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Building Controls Technician to support expansion, upgrades, or replacements of building automation hardware and software across the seven-state region, including Arizona. The role demands independent work, programming, configuring, and testing of DDC building automation and control systems.

Travel up to 25% is required. Experience with Niagara/N4, ARIMD integration, QA/QC, commissioning, startup of hardware, and customer interfacing will be essential in this

Qualifications

• Proficient in Niagara N4 Framework; preferred Tridium N4 and advanced certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Programming skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications as related to HVAC equipment.
• Strong knowledge of common DDC communications protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus.

Responsabilités

• Update/make corrections to JACEs to be compliant with current EBCS standards.
• Integrate corrected JACEs to ARIMD server using Virtuals.
• Coordinate with contractors to assure successful project execution.
• Assist with QA/QC of controls.
• Design and engineer control system hardware and software programming based on project plans and specs.
• Develop and configure sequences of operations, graphics, database, network, and integrations into third party systems.
• Perform system commissioning and functional testing and startup new hardware installations.
• Provide project management assistance interfacing with customers and supervising subcontractors.
