Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in building automation/controls.
• Strong proficiency with Tridium Niagara (AX/N4) programming.
• Advanced knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and electrical control theory.

Responsibilities

• Program, install, and troubleshoot Niagara-based building automation systems.
• Lead projects and/or junior technicians in service and construction.
• Commission HVAC equipment including chilled-water and VAV systems.
