Job summary

The University of Vermont is seeking a Skilled Crafts & Trades OC4 N to perform highly technical facility system diagnostics, plan and oversee mechanical repairs and maintenance, and manage building controls using Honeywell and Johnson Controls systems.

A High School Diploma with three years of HVAC experience is required, along with the ability to read engineering plans, interpret specifications, and operate a University vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and three years of HVAC equipment and controls experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of Honeywell and Johnson Controls Building Automation Systems.
