Job summary

Royale Company staffs the front desks of luxury residential high-rises in New York. You are the face of the building; on a typical shift you will welcome residents and guests, manage visitor access, and keep the lobby organized.

Shifts include evening 3pm–11pm and overnight 11pm–7am with weekend coverage. Training provided for building software; growth opportunities into superintendent, building manager, and operations roles.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards required by building client.
• Weekend and holiday availability, depending on shift.
• Background check required (at our cost).

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided)
