Job summary

Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a Building Automation Specialist II in Florida to service, startup, and commission building controls for industrial and commercial customers.

The role requires an HVAC/System Controls background, Niagara AX/N4 certification, and at least three years of field experience; you will diagnose, program, and commission control systems while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three+ years of experience as a commercial controls service or installation technician.
• Tridium Niagara AX or N4 certification required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Service Department to conduct controls servicing, start up and commissioning.
• Perform DDC control service and construction activities without direct oversight.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose repairs for inoperative systems and devices.
• Program controllers and set up front-end equipment, including line code and graphics.
• Commission systems and perform point-to-point checks.
• Drive safely, keep the vehicle clean, and use it for company work only.
