Job summary

Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. seeks a Building Automation Specialist II (BAS2) to join the Service Department in Florida.

The candidate will diagnose, program, and commission DDC controls for commercial and industrial clients, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of experience in controls service/installation, and Tridium Niagara AX/N4 certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience as a commercial controls service or installation technician.
• Tridium Niagara AX or N4 certification required.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Service Department Team to conduct controls servicing and commissioning.
• Perform DDC control service and construction activities with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose repairs for inoperative systems and devices.
• Program controllers and front-end equipment, including graphics and line code.
• Conduct point-to-work sales for added control services and contracts.
