Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting Building Management Systems or facility automation.

• Knowledge of building controls, networking fundamentals, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain BMS/EMS, ensuring HVAC and electrical systems run reliably.
• Oversee commissioning, startup, and verification of field devices and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues affecting controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance on servers, workstations, controllers, and databases.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and optimize control sequences and schedules.
• Configure alarm management, document procedures, and support audits.
• Collaborate with facilities, engineers, IT, contractors, and vendors.
