Job summary

Seneca Resources LLC is seeking a Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer/Electrician in Waltham, MA to implement, operate, and optimize building automation and energy-management systems for a fast-paced facility.

You will ensure HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems run reliably while collaborating with Facilities, IT, and vendors to drive energy efficiency and project support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Building Automation, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Systems, or Controls Engineering.
• 3–5+ years supporting Building Management Systems (Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Tridium Niagara).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems within commercial or laboratory environments.
• Strong understanding of facility operations, networking fundamentals, and MEP systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site for a 1st shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–5:00 pm).

Position Description

Join a dynamic team as a Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer, where you'll be responsible for the administration, operation, maintenance, and optimization of cutting-edge building automation and energy management systems. You'll ensure the seamless functioning of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
